Welcome to PhyloNONCODE database
PhyloNONCODE database is a publicly available repository dedicated to the evolutionarily conservation annotation of lncRNAs. The advantages afforded by PhyloNONCODE include:

1) construction of the most comprehensive and high-confidence lncRNAs catalogs in vertebrates;
2) annotation of the lncRNAs with evolutionarily conserved information that facilitates customized searches of lncRNA sets with different level of conservation.

The current release of PhyloNONCODE contains 135,091 lncRNAs from ten species, including human, chimpanzee, gorilla, orangutan, rhesus macaque, mouse, rat, opossum, platypus and bird species.
